Rotary Drier
Rotary drier is widely used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc. This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally 350-380°) of the rotary drier.
Components:
Rotary drier is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.
Working Principle:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

Working Principle

The dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel beams. The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Often, indirect heated dryers are used when product contamination is a concern.

DESCRIPTION

After fresh air is filtered and heated, it enters into the air distributor which on the top of the drier. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room. When liquid raw material are passed through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, it will be rotated and sprayed into the extreme slim mist liquid beads. Raw material can be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heatedair. Finished products are discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and cyclones segregator. Wasted air is discharged from blower.

The raw material can be spread on the converyer belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor,vibrating belt,pulverizer of granulator.The convey or passes one cannel or serveral channels consisting of heating unit.Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circle system.Each channel has one or sereral damp exhaust system.When the conveyor passes it,hot air passes through raw material from up to low or against.In this way it makes raw material dry uniformly.

Drying machine Mesh-Belt Dryer

Principle:
The materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the material charger.The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device.The drier is composed of serveral units.For each unit,the hot air is circulated separately.Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower.The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve.The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or against and this will complete the heat and mass tranfer process.This process will bring the material water away.The mesh-belt moves slowly,running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature.The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously.The top and low circulation units can be freely equiped according to the users demand.The unit number can be selected according to the demand.

Applications:
Roasted seeds,De-watering vegetable,particle feed,monosodium glutamate,shredded coconut stuffing,organic color,compound rubber,acryl fibre,medicine product,medicine material,small wooden product,plastic product,aging and solidification for the electronic component and device.

The dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel beams. The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Often, indirect heated dryers are used when product contamination is a concern.
