Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Gypsum powder Dryer is widely used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc.
This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature.
Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally 350-380°) of the rotary drier.
2.Components of Gypsum Powder Dryer:

Rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment).
Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising.
The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency.

3.Working Principle of Rotary Drum Dryer:

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:

Rotary dryer
is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The
dryer
is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube,The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under .
Working principle of the rotary dryer:
Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Rotary dryer, known as drum or drum dryer drying equipment, is the most common and widespread application in mining industry. It is widely used to dry magnetic metal and nonmetal materials, floating clay ore and cement,coal slurry and other industrial materials.

· Wet materials are carried to the hopper by the Belt Conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeding pipe the materials are sent into the side.
· Set feeding tube inclination angle in order to make the flow of material mooth. Dryer cylinder is located slightly in a slope.Materials are put in from the higher end , heat is sent in from the lower end.
· With the rotation of the cylinder materials run to the lower end due to the force of gravity.
· During moving forward in the cylinder ,the materials are dried directly or indirectly from the heat carrier, then sent out at the the discharge side by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
· On the tube wall,there are boards to expand contact surface between materials and airflow ,so as to reduce drying time and promote material progress.

Working principle of the mine drier
Material to be dried enters the drier, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated.
