Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

comes from combustion apparatus. Our Rotary Dryer Machine adopts counter flow type heating mode and the heating air supply goes into the dryer through discharge end.
The materials to be dried enter the oblique Rotary Dryer Machine through feed box and are pushed to the back of the drum by spiral shoveling plate. On one hand, they flow to the rear due to gravity and rotary force. On the other hand, they are shoveled up repeatedly by shoveling plate, sent to the upper end and then fell down. This makes the materials fully exchange with the hot air and gradually the moisture in the materials are dried.

1. For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, you need to install a Dryer before further processing. This Air Current Type Dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of this Air Current Dryer is much lower than Rotary Dryer.
2. It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

3. Regarding FR-I and HGJ-II Type Dryer ,it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20%-25%.It can reduce the MS to 8%-12% one drying time.
4. Regarding FR- II it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. That means it can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if the humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less of fuel.
5. All of round places can be adjusted to any angle of 360 centigrade degree according to operation request. Clients can change the angle of dryers base on the production field.

Rotary dryer

Working principle of the rotary dryer:
Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated. When the gas stream is preheated by some means where burner combustion gases do not enter the dryer, the dryer known as an indirect-heated type. Often, indirect heated dryers are used when product contamination is a concern.

Sawdust Drying Machine Series:


1. HGJ Series Single Stove DryerThe Moisture reducing rate of the dryer HGJ series is 8-12%. This dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-25%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting.
2. HGJ Series Twin Stove DryerTwin boiler dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -45%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-45% to 8-12% only one passage or one time.

Operation Principle of the sawdust drying machine:

The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock. In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volumn of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at teh discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.
