2.Working principle of Tower Dryer
:
It adopts vertical equipment and steel shell, lined with insulation material to prevent losing the heat and multi-layer high-temperature kiln casting which are overlapping with each other. All relevant parts including the uppe, middle and lower parts are designed with several group of vibrating, closure, temperature-control and intelligent system. And therefore, water vapor and smoke can be absorbed by the dust collector. Materials enter from the top of the elevator, slip evenly down to the bottom through the powder mill and vibrating feeder of its own internal dynamic diameter, and exchange with the rising hot air currents reversely, and thus are dried layer by layer. Eventually, qualified materials are unloaded by electric vibrating motor and transported to the designated place by belt conveyor where they are needed.

Single drum rotary dryer working principle:
The wet materials are transported into the material hopper by the belt conveyor and bucket elevator, and gets into the feeding terminal through feeding pipe with the aid of feeder of material hopper. The pitch of the feeding pipe should be more than the natural pitch of materials in order to help the materials flow into the dryer successfully. The cylinder of dryer is a rotary cylinder which is oblique slightly. The materials are fed from the relatively higher terminal, heat carrier comes in from the lower terminal, and sometimes the heat carrier and materials get into the cylinder together.
Along with the revolving of cylinder, the materials move to the lower terminal due to the gravity. When the wet materials move forward, it receives the heat from the heat carrier directly or indirectly. As a result, the wet materials are dried, and discharged out by belt conveyor or screw conveyor on the outlet. There is shoveling plate inside the cylinder in order to shovel materials up and cast it out, to increase the connection surface, to promote drying efficiency, and accelerate the forward movement of materials. Generally, the heat carrier can be hot air and chimney flue.
After the heat carrier is dried, the materials mingled with air should be collected with cyclone dust collector. If there is need to reduce the content of dust mixed with tail gas, the heat carrier should be subject to bag dust collector or wet dust collector before it is discharged.

3. The drum of dryer is a rotary drum which is slightly obliquely with the horizontal line. Add the materials from the higher side, heating body goes into the lower end, form countercurrent contact with materials, also exists the heat body and materials together concurrent flow into the barrel.
4. Along with the cylinder rotating, the materials move to the lower end by gravity. During the moving process, wet materials in the cylinder directly or indirectly got heat from the heating body, make wet materials to dry, then in the discharging end the materials were sent out by belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
5. In the cylinder's inside wall of slag dryer was equipped with shoveling plate, its function is that copied up the material and then scatter down, make the contact surface of materials and airflow more wider, in order to improve drying speed and promote materials move ahead.
6. Heat body are generally classified into the hot air and flue gas etc. After the heat body through dryer, generally need the cyclone dust collector to trap materials in the gas. If you want to reduce tail gas dust load any further, also should pass bag filters or dust washer, then let out.
