Applications of Dryers:
A dryer is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses heat energy to reduce the water content of materials.
Industrial drying equipment is mainly used in building materials manufacturing, metallurgy and chemical industry, and cement production industry, etc. to dry mineral slag, limestone, coal powder and clay, etc.
If used in combination with our coal gasifier, our dryer can also be used for fine chemical drying.
Our industrial dryers are also regularly used in compound fertilizer production lines.
Features:
1. Our dryer is designed with anti-sticky drum-wall and assembled material-lifting board.
2. This drying equipment is divided into secondary-granulating section, balling section, polishing section and drying section, etc. What worth mentioning is that our dryer features convenient installation and transportation as a result of its flange connection.
3. This large sized drying equipment is primarily composed of vibrating feeder, heating furnace, drying device, and air intake and air outlet device, and more.
The vibrating feeder enables materials to spread uniformly on the mesh belt.
An air-intake fan with large air flow blows away water content of materials, and then the water content will be discharged from the air-outlet.
4. Our dryer has the features of low noise, little pollution and good drying effect.
Working Principle:
Dying process needs to consume large amount of heat energy. In order to save energy, some materials with high moisture content, suspending liquid and solution which contain solid objects should be mechanically dewatered or heated first, and then they can be dried in a dryer to get dry solids.
During drying process, heat and weight (moisture content) transfer need to be finished simultaneously, thus guaranteeing a higher moisture and water vapor partial pressure inside the dryer than that outside the dryer, and guaranteeing a higher temperature of heat source than that of materials.
