Introduction of maize dryer

Downstream and counter flow grain dryer is the one of the most advanced grain drying equipment. It was firstly researched by my company in the domestic which also won the State Science and Technology Progress Award. Downstream and counter flow grain dryer adopted the combination drying process of "downstream - upstream", according to heating temperature implement "sub-temperature dry" of the food drying tower, there is a tempering part between the drying section, "drying - tempering "alternately.
Characteristics of maize dryer

1.The grain dryer has huge handling capacity (100~1200 tons / day);
2. Large dehydrating range at a time. (3~16%);
3. This grain dryer adopts special air distribution, uniform drying;
4.Downstream drying, counter flow drying, downstream and counter flow cooling, more in line with precipitation patterns of food grain, low unevenness of grain moisture after drying (2%);
5. Piecewise air, multi-stage variable temperature drying, the color of dried food is good and biochemical indicators do not change;
6. With a unique design of double-row bucket grain technology, uniform flow of grain drying tower, no retention;
