Overview
The rotary drum dryer is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical. Rotary dryer can be used for drying many kinds of materials with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, the dryer machine has been widely used.

Application

Rotary drum drying machine (also called drum dryer) is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry to dry slag, limestone, coal powder, clay, etc. It is of simple structure, polished manufacture, high capacity, low energy-consumption, convenient transportation and so on.

Operation & Maintenance
1.Drying temperature setting should be in keep with the material’s own drying conditions which can avoid the phenomenon of material shrinkage.
2.Gas stove must be cleaned every week on the toner (black) to prevent inhalation of drum, contaminated Material.
3.Add a shot of grease to the bearing every month to ensure the bearing is smooth.
4.Clean the cotton filter (next door) before use everyday, for if the filter plugged, air flow will decrease and will result in the phenomenon of slow drying, baking quit and also wastes energy

The Components
The dryer consists of rotary body, throwing flitch, transmission device, supporting device ,sealing ring, heat source, beater device, belt loading machine, feeding machine, rotary roller, belt discharger, draft fan, discharger, and switch board.
