Roller Drying machine

Drum dryer, also known as rotary drum drier, is the material heating and drying device. Widely used in cement, mining, building materials, chemical industry, drying coal, limestone, grain, sand, clay and other materials.

Material were feed into from the higher side of drum, and contact with hot air, along with the rotation of cylinder, materials was dry and eduction in the force of gravity flow to the lower end . Due to the dryer were under the negative pressure working conditions, feeding and discharging end all use sealing device to avoid air leakage.

Drum dryer mainly consists of Revolved Body, raise material plate, gearing, supporting device and seals ring and other parts.

Dry wet materials by belt conveyor or bucket elevator transfer to hopper and then to the feeding end by hopper of feeding machine through charging pipe .
Feeding pipeline slopping angle should max than the natural angle, in order to materials smoothly into dry containers.

Rotary dryer is a revolving round drum with a small slope.matrial from the high side into the pipe and heat-carrying agent into is from the low end,counter-current contact with material,also material can flow into the drum pipe with heat-carrying agent.
Along with rotate of the round drum materials run to the bottom of the end by gravity .when.the wet material moving forward in the pipe,can get the heat from the heat-carrying agent directly or indirectly to make the material dry,then discharge the material by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
