Description of rotating drum dryer:


The rotating drum dryer of Nanyang use new energy-efficient drying technology,solve problems about dried coal slime of high viscosity.Due to its high humidity and high cohesive performance, the wet coal slime shall be carried into the breaking equipment through belt conveyor during drying process. When the coal into dryer,five devices ensure the coal don't bond to cylinder.Drying process technology is mature.

Function feature:
1). It adopts downstream drying when both of flue gas and wet materials get access to the drying machine from the same side, and the high temperature flue gas is used to obtain high evaporation strength, featuring low temperature in the outlet and high heat efficiency of the drying machine;
2). The new designed inner structure of the machine can enhance the cleaning and heat conduction performance of the broken materials, eliminate the adhesion effect on the inner wall of the barrel body, and improve its adaptation to water-contented and sticky materials;
3). The adoption of center regulation support wheel device of the drying machine enables the support wheel and roll ring be in constant linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and
power loss of the product.

Application:
silt coal, slime, pulverized coal ash, fly ash, sludge, lignite, desulfurization gypsum, coal clay, etc.
