The machine is a new generation drying developed by our factory on the basis of combining the technology of same products.
Main application:
This machine is used for condensing, mixing, drying powdery, granular and fibrous material and drying low-moister material in chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff and so on, especially for the material that is easy to oxidate, volatile, strong heat sensitivity, poisonous and not permitted to break crystal
Features:
1. It adopts automatic constant-temperature control to heat up oil. It can dry biochemical products and mineral raw material with temperature between 20-160.
2. Compared with general ovens, its heat efficiency is improved more than 2 times and above.
3. It adopts indirect heating so that material can not be polluted, which accords with GMP Standard. This equipment is simple to maintain, operate and easy to clean.
Working principle:
Heat is transferred to the material to be dried in closed layer through heat source (like hot water, low-voltage steam or heat insulating oil).
Under the drive of power, the pot rotates slowly and the material in pot is mixed constantly to reach the objective of strengthening drying.
Material is in vacuum. The reducing of steam pressure makes water on material surface reach to saturation and evaporate; and is discharged and reused by vacuum pump. Water in material constantly infiltrates, evaporates and discharges to surface. The three courses are done constantly so that material can be dried in very short time.
