1:Main Applications:
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate, mix and dry at low temperature(eg. biochemistry products in chemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff indusries).

2;Principles:
1. heat source pass through the sealed jacket
2. the heat will be transmitted to the raw material to be dried through inner shell
3. under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material inside it is mixed continuously. then the purpose of reinforced drying can realized
4. the material is at a vacuum state, the drop of steam jpressure makes the moisture at the surface of raw material become saturation and will evaporate
5. the solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump
6. the inner moisture of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. these three processes are carried continuously and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time
3;Features:
1. When oil is used to heat, automatic constant twmperature control will running. It can be used for drying iiology products and mine. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20-160 °c and within ±2°c
2. Compared with ordinal drier, its heat efficiency will be over 2 times
3. The heat is indirect. So teh raw material can not be polluted. It is conformity with the requiement of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.
