Our brief introduction:

Applications
Our dry granulators are suitable for granulating and pelleting dry material whose humidity is below 10%.
- Fertilizers: potassium sulphate (SOP), NPK compound fertilizers etc.
- Chemical material: snow melt agent, antioxidant, fire retardant, cement retarder etc.
- Construction material: all kinds of gypsum, e.g. desulfurized gypsum, phosphogysum etc. Gypsum pelletizer is our featured machine.

Output, size and shape
- Small size and irregular shape: output is between 200 kgs/h and 5,000 kgs/h, granules size is on request.
- Big size and oval shape: output is between 3,000 kgs/h and 12,000 kgs/h, pellet size is on request.
- And size is bigger, output is higher.
• Granulating theory
Two rollers rotate in reverse, materials between rollers are extruded. They are not smooth surface rollers.
