Horizontal dryer
1. contains single tunnel and multiple tunnels. The products are dried in steps while gradually passing the pre-kiln moisture humidity reducing section, heat drying section, even speed drying section, descending speed drying section, and balance drying section.

The dryer is prefabricated in modules. Modules insulation adopts insulate fiber. Each module has an accident handling door for convenient in handling the broken adobes inside the dryer tunnel.

2.hot resource of horizontal dryer is mainly coming from the kiln fume, rest hot or hot energy generated by hot air generator. The hot air is enforced sent in by scattered sections, them eliminated out through many specially designed humidity exits, which forms the required drying atmosphere humidity and temperature inside the dryer to achieve the aim of fast drying products safely.

3.Some detective points arranged outside the dryer supervise the temperature curve of dryer. The dryer system adopts 45°bevel gears that the speed adjust by inverters and the dryer cycle can be adjust in large range.
