Specialty
1 Under constant temperature if the vacuity of drum is improved ,the drying speed can be shortened.
2 Under constant vacuity if the heating temperature is elevated ,it can accelerate the drying speed .
3 If both the vacuity and heating temperature is elevated ,the drying speed can be shortened greatly .
If a condenser is accepted , the vaporized agent in the target materials can be recollected by condenser , which is the normal drying facility ,If Model JZJS-70 liquid loop pump vacuum unit is Used , the condenser can be omitted to save energy and investment .
1:Principle:
To heat and dry raw material under the state of vacuum is called vacuum drying. It use vacuum to pump air and humidity out. Making the work-room on the vacuum state. The drying rate increases greatly and energy is saved.
Note: if use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condenser can not be used and the investment could be saved.
2:Features:
Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation’s efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.
The heat source for evaporating may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam.
The heat of evaporation loss is less.
Before drying, the drier can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixing. It is in conformity with the requirement of "GMP".
It belongs to static drier. So the shape of raw material to be dried can not be destroyed.
