Application
Chicken manure dryer is for large, medium, small farms and some developed farming regions.According to the requirements of products, we can choose the different heat source. Such as: gas producer, dirctly-heated type hot-blast stove,indirect hot-blast stove,heat transfer oil,electrical heating,steam,etc.It is suitable for chicken manure,duck manure,livestock manure,and slaughter scraps which the moisture content is below 65%.It has a good effect on opening feed source,lowing the cost of feed and reducing the environmental pollution.
The mechanical structure and working principles
Chicken manure dryer is contented by heating source,loading machine,feeder,rotary rolling tube,unloading machine,exhauster,unloader and power distribution cabinets. The wet material is put into the dryer after dehydration.The material can disperse evenly and contact fully with the hot air in the dryer through the stirring of the plate which is in the roller.
Thus quicken the speed of drying,heat transfering and mass transfering.In the process of drying,the material can be sent out by the star unloading valve which is in the other end of the dryer under the action of the gradient plate and the hot mass.
