Dry and wet materials under medium and heat transfer between the way into the direct heat transfer tube dryer (dry and wet materials, media and direct contact heat transfer) and indirect heat rotary drum dryer (dry heat required by the tube wallindirect transfer to the wet material) .as the Indirect heat transfer dryer's low efficiency and complex structure and other reasons, rarely used, so not described here.Direct heat transfer tube dryer, in accordance with the drying medium and material flow direction, is divided into downstream and upstream two types.
Rotary drum dryer work principle:
Dry wet material is carried to the hopper by the Belt Conveyor or bucket elevator,then through the hopper feeder feeding through the feeding pipe into the side.Feeding tube inclination angle is greater than the natural materials in order to smooth flow of material into the dryer.Dryer cylinder is a horizontal rotating cylinder slightly into the slope.Material is joined from the higher end , heat carrier by the low-end entry, and materials into countercurrent contact with a heat carrier and the material together and flow into the cylinder.With the rotating of the cylinder material by gravity run to the lower end .During the process wet material moving forward in the cylinder ,directly or indirectly get the heat from the heat carrier so that the wet material to be dried, then sent out at the the discharge side by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.In the tube wall equipped with the body copy board, its role is to bring up another copy of materials cast, to increase the contact surface of the the materials and the airflow ,so as to improve the drying rate and to promote material progress.Heat carrier are generally divided into hot air, flue gas and so on.Heat carrier by the dryer was a general need within the gas cyclone brought down trapping materials.For further reduction of exhaust gas dust content, should also through the bag filter or wet dust emissions before the release.
