Specification of wood dryer:

Brief: The High frequency vacuum wood dryer is a fastest way for drying. It has two advantages 1) High frequency heating, more equal, dry faster; 17times faster than wood dust burnt dryer. The drying cycle are mainly 20-30hours.
Vacuum condition, dry faster in lowr temperature to eliminate the problem of split. It is more suitable for the large square wood material as well as hard board leaved tree material as well as other rare wood material.
As HF heats from inside, so the core of wood will dry first, and then gradually to the outside, then the vacuum pump extract the moisture out from inside thus make the surface of wood is always wet, for some hard wood if the surface is dried quickly, there will be spark on the surface and leave permanent defect on the wood, but HF vacuum condition will totally eliminate the problem.
Temperature control:
There is temperature sensor which guard on the temperature, user can set different max and min temperature according to different wood, then if the temperature reaches the max limit, the heating stop, but if it falls to the min, the heating will start again. For some hard wood that very sensitive on the temperature, this is a big advantage.
Working Principle :
This dryer adopts swing style heating device . There're burning room , thermal energy convention room , steam generating room, combustion room , fan and chimney.
1. In buring room , the fuel is burned sufficiently to get hot air .
2.Hot air is blowed to Klin through pipe systerm . At the same time , normal presure steam produced by stem generator is carried to Klin as technical parameter .
3. In Klin, Hot air makes wood drying , steam can make the wood dry evenly wheather inside or outside at the same time .
