Physical design
1. The housing is shaped through bending the cold-rolled sheet. After the surface treatment
of high temperature powder coating & baking varnish,the housing becomes antirust and
resistant to corrosion.
2. Trays of the shelf are produced through soldering square steel tubes and
every shelf can be taken out separately. At the bottom of the oven, there are four universal
wheels with brakes and four positioning feet, which can adjust the height of the oven from
the floor. The inner container, made of stainless steel plate, is covered by heat-resistant silicic acid heat-insulation cotton which is 100K in density and 100mm in thickness. With built-in cycling horizontal air flue, air flow can reach 2,000m3 and 7,500 times of circulation per hour,
promoting the temperature uniformity inside the oven.

points of detection of the inside temperature before the products sold,and we will distribute
the report and datas of temperature detection curve for you.

3.Our LED photoelectric oven do have an outstanding advantage: the function of "downtime timing ".
That means you can set the shutdown time when you are not free to operate.
4.The oven has been equipped with a electric cabinet at the back,it will protect all electrical equipment
and stop the oven from broken arising from outage or short circuit.
5.The air inlet and outlet is installed on the top of the oven,and you can twist the switch which is behind
the oven to let the waste air out,and then open the oven door.In this way,the waste air will not do harm
to our body.
6.Our oven has good heat preservation .Since we use 100K imported rock wool and our outside dimension
is large enough to protect heat,you won't feel any heat on the oven case.
7.Multi-door oven,when you open one door ,the temperature in the other door will not be
affected since each door are independent.
