1.This latest new style dryer adopt hot air jet automatic suction device, and is characterized by automatic feeding, fast flowing of hot air currents, fully mixing of air flow and materials, good drying effect and so on.
2.Moisture less than 40% materials can be dried to the moisture requirements of coal bar machine (about10%) once only. compared with other drying machine (usually takes 2 - 3 times to dry), this new drying machine not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but is economical. 3.The fuel gas of this new type dryer can be got from the carbonization furnace.
4.Methane and carbon monoxide produced in carbonization process can fire and used to drying machine after processed by the filters, just like LPG. In this way, the cost drying is reduced.
