Main Use:
Rotary dryer
is mainly for dealing with material in large quantities. As reliable operation, operating flexibility, adaptability and large capacity, this dryer is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, food, light industry, chemical industry, coal, medicine and mining industries.
This generally adapted to granular powder materials. Through the way of mixing material partially, this dryer also can be used for drying sticky paste-like materials or materials with high water content.
Structure:
Rotary dryer
consists of drum shell, front and rear roller ring, gears, block roll, pinion, discharging part, reducer, motor, warm air duct, feed-in chute, furnace body and other components. Besides, we can design gas producer, combustor chamber or supporting elevator, belt conveyor, quantitative feeder, dust collector cyclone, induced draft fan, etc.
