Mesh-belt drier
Several-decked mesh-belt drier is a continuous penetrating flow drying rotary drier applied for drying pieces strip and particles state materials with good ventilation
The machine is suitable for the materials such as food, fruit, marine products, dewatering vegetable, herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and others, for which the water contents are high and high drying temperature is not allowed
The machine owns the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation capacity, and good product quality
The de-watered and filtered cake state paste material should be made into particles or strips before drying process
The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder
The mesh-belt generally adopts 12 to 60 stainless steel mesh and it is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the rotary drier
The rotary drier is composed of several sections
For each section, the hot air is circulated separately
Part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower
The waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve
The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away
The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property
The final products after the drying process will fall into the material collector continuously
The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users requirements
The number of section might be selected according to the production demands

Application
DWT Series belt dryer is automatic and continuous type drying equipment. It is used for drying piece, noodle shape and granule products with good ventilation. This machine is also suitable for producing dehydration vegetable and fruit, herbal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and others, which with high moisture containing and low drying temperature. The machine owns the advantages, that its drying speed is fast, the evaporation strength is high and the product quality is good.
Principle of work
The materials are uniformly load on the mesh-belt by feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12 - 60 mesh stainless steel screen and it is drawn and moved inside mesh belt dryer by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Temperature in each unit is separately controlled. Air blowing speed and exhausting moisture humidity is also measured by probes.
Drying process is : hot air passes through the mesh-belt from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The air pipe of the top is connected with fan, one part of air is circulated, some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture exhausting blower, and other waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve. The unit amounts can be selected according to the demand.
